Delay in getting refilled bottle

Sir,

I am a consumer of INDANE Gas since 27 years. I have a gas connection for residential purpose & the details are as follows.

Distributer Name: - M/s KARUNA GAS AGENCY

Distributor Address: - 32, Surendra Nagar, West High Court Road, NAGPUR-440015

Distributor Telephone No.:- (0712) 2233211 / 2239154

I have booked for refilled cylinder on 24/12 & the waiting no. provided by distributor is 7940.

Even after 23 days of waiting, I have not received the refilled cylinder. Prior to this I personally visited the Distributor five times and got the answers that will get refilled cylinder today or tomorrow.

Sir, also I would like to bring to your kind attention that the shop of distributor remained open only from 1000AM to 0100PM except Monday which is his decleared Holiday. Also I found that not only myself but there are number of INDANE GAS Consumers who are facing the same problems as of mine.

May I request you to kindly help me in getting a refilled bottle at the earliest?
