I had a prepaid life time connection and my Mobile number was 9179169535. It was not in use last few weeks due to some personnal reasons. One day when I tried to get a call from that, I received a massage "Sim registration failed" despite it was lifetime prepaid connection and the balance of the same also got seized by the company with out prior information. When i tried to lodged a complaint about the case to the local representatives at jabalpur service center. The staff's behaviour and reply was so irresponsible, they were so embarrassing.
