Discrepancy in Delivery

Hi,

I have orderd a phone through Infibeam on Tuesday (27th Mar) after checking the delivery time to be in 24 hrs. Till 30th March i haven't recieved the product and when i called them they say that it is not yet shipped and the order is still in progress.
