i vishal joshi from kota rajasthan purchesed 2 voltas vertis platina window ac from bhatiya agency near ghode vale baba cirlce kota rajasthan 324007phone 0744 2501925.3293577 on 19 april. when they deliverd the ac i was not at my home that time. they instaled the ac .on 20-4. in evening when i reached my home i found that the product model i selected is diffrent from that installed in my home. i chosse voltas vertis platina and they deliverd me voltas vertis platina i which is looking vise not attractive.when i went to the delar he accept the mistake and said that we will change it and now there is no response from his side when i call him again he said that we have not the product that you select we have only single piece. and the model we deliverd is new and u select the model is old and company stop the productin of it. but at the time of purchaing he said the it is the latest model u will like it and i like but he deliverd the diffrent model. and he never tilod me about this that we have changed your model. Its also a case of Fraud. So Sir Please Take Action asap and do the favor for me and ask to bhatiya agency about this cheating and replace my actual Model with out any extra cost or Refund my money and accept this cheating with me. I am waiting your answer about my complaint. I am very depress due to this cheating by bhatiya agency
