I Purchased the Samsung Galaxy Tab2 310 from Infosecure Consulting Pvt Ltd (Timtara.com) on 31st may through internet banking for Rs 15, 950/- via order no. 10264224. I called many times to customer care from last 5 weeks but they are escalating the details to the back end department but they are not responding to my complaints from last 5 weeks. I feel cheated by this website and i had a lots of sleepless night and my hard earned money is on stake. So Please help me to deliver this product to me as soon as possible.
