Dear Sir,
I had purchased INTEX 4470 handset on dated 5 june amount to Rs. 3100/- from Sankat Mochan Mobile, b-16 sri ram tower, 13 ashok marg, lucknow vide invoice no ccm 11140.
Yesterday, my phone not chraging with charger or by usb cable today i.e. 2/7 contact to authorized service centrer situated at Sri Ram Tower Lucknow the service engineer check the said hanset and write on invoice set P.W.R. due to physical damage UART charging track missing. They say that the repairing cost of handest is Rs. 2800/-
how it is possible, that i had purchase in Rs. 3100/- and in service charge i pay Rs. 2800/-.
