The mobile I purchased in Dec has one year warranty. Within a month of purchase its display was damaged. I personally visited the cervice cntre thrice but the service in charge refused to get it repaire in warranty .saying that the display has got damaged because it has got pressed inside your pocket. Thus he said that tis is a physical damage. Franckly telling my mobile was kept aside when I slept at night and when I got up my mobile display was half damaged. Only half part was visible and rmaining half part wasbecome blueish-grey colaur. I do theink that this problemmust be arising dueto some faults in software or hardware. But the service in charge refused to accept the handset for service. I hope you consider the situation and do the need full. Thanking you
