Too much delay in service

I bought a intex mobile hand set on DT30110 bearing imeino 354292030818079 mobile no- 2030dx which had been dead.i given to repair customer care center on dt 15310 under job sheetno 101 cust.care farword this set to delhi for repair .i have been so many times contact the customer care in delhi every week they given me same reply your hand set will be dispatch in one or two days. but i did not get my hand set till date.
