Not transfering the credit balance of postpaid to prepaid connection

My a/c no. 7663205 and mobile no. 9968319259. yesterday i have changed postpaid connection to prepaid connection. But you have not transfered my credit balance (advance deposit) in my prepaid connection or money (credit balance) was not refunded back.

Please either transfer the credit balance in my prepaid connection or refund the money (credit balance) at the earliest.
