Attery and back panel mis placed

I have submitted my mobile at avantika sec-1 Hot spot outlet with battery and back panel becoz my mobile was totally dead but at the time of receiving my mobile phone given without battery and back panel.

Altough i have returned mobile and jobsheet is with me and am taking follow up with hot spot guys but no as such positive respones toward my issue. Customer service of Hot spot is frustratating.

Kindly sugest for my issue.
