Dear Sir,

We are here you informed that regarding the policies using by our college i.e. Jagadambha Engineering college of Engineering, Yavatmal-445001 (Maharastra) under of Sant Gadge Baba Amravati university, Amravati.

Policies used by colleges as like following -

1. Not given regular salary.

2. Skipped (STILL NOT GIVEN) salary for months Nov. July or June & Nov. 2010.

3. Not relieves to faculty easily.

4. Take maximum faculties on ad-hoc basis & shows to that all faculties on full scale salary. But the truth is that they taken signed blank cheque (Bearer To self) from the faculties before give the salary.

5. Also submits original documents from the faculty.

6. No. of faculties wants to relieve that institute, but does not relieves to them easily.

7. Also selected candidates by SGBAU, Amravati university working on consolidated salary i.e. 15000/- (Fifteen Thousands) only.

So requesting here to collect the record from that institute & punished them.

8. Also shows the faculties are not a part of this institute.
