Not working- no proper care by cc

I had purchased executive elite washing machine by bill.no.1396 dt.13-1-06 from hyderabad thro. madhavi electronics, madanapalle, a.p. myself got amc for 2 years from04-10. The washing machine is not functioning since 12 days. myself made complaint to c c bangalore and tirupati on 17-02 .Even after so many days of service request, there is no proper redressal or proper response except lip service. My self request full redressal of defect at an early date.
