I would like to inform you that we have purchased a Videcon Washing Machine- Multie /Maxie 6800 (model) on 21.05.2008 & its creating problem of water leakage after 6 months of purchase & has been repaired 4 times till date.

Every time the mechanic comes & said dat the problem has been resolved & it will not create any further problem & we find that after every 2-3 months its the same problem thought we dosent live at that flat regular & use the Washing Machine once or twice in a month.

Mechanic dont even bother to entertain the customer in a proper way which is sumthing very annoying for such an Esteemd Orgainsation & last time he refused to give us the Service bill also.

Later i recieve a mail from Mr. Sabir Malik (Customer Care Dept.) Please get your complaint registered on our customer care nos. 1800-419-4040 (All Networks) Or 39404040 (Prefix with local STD Code).

I could have done this as i had the phone nos but again it will create the same probl;em after a month or so & hence need a permanent solution.
