Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your notice that, my JVC LCD TV which I had given for warranty repair has not been returned to me even after 120 days.

I had given it for service in JVC Serice Centre India, (Address: Adonis Customer Relation Centre, 10, B.K.R. Nagar, Sathy Road, Coimbatore 641012, Tamilnadu, INDIA)

I had given it on 14th June.
It has been more than 100 days, and I have called them several times, but I get only a response like, 10 more days, everytime. When I asked them to give back the TV, I got a response that, the TV has been sent to Thailand, after two days, someone else tell me that the TV is in Mumbai, India.
I went directly and asked them to show me my TV, they told me that its not possible, and whenever I approached, the behavior was rude, and not pleasant. It’s a very bad sign on the brand of JVC to have such a service quality. I feel really cheated and I am not sure whether my TV is still alive or lost. I am planning to take legal action if they behavior continue in such a manner.
I would really appreciate if you could take necessary action and give me a proper solution. I really urge you to take necessary steps against this service centre for their actions.
