I had brought an JXD .MP3.Model.300 (I-POD) from CLASSIC MOBILES at Kalyan (w) on 14th feb. As it told to the Stores person, if at any case i have problem, i will bring back to your notice, i went on 17th feb he had told me that for any video to be uploaded in the ipod it need to be convereted, and actually it was on the eternal packing box, it showed it can run AVI., but actually it has to be converted and to be load. Second thing it does not have any Fast forward or reverse button option in it for Movie. The store person said it is chinese model, it will not have, as of its not written any where. I felt bluffed by the stores as they are not entertaining. As asked for the manufacturers details, they have not given any such details. Need your intervene in this case.
