I have bought the mobile Karbonn K560 on 11/12 from the subdealer shop named Mobile Planet in Ramanchira in Thiruvalla under Kottayam Dealer. Now a days the mobile shows a problem to hang and it will automatically switched off and after some seconds it will automatically switched on. It causing the mobile to discontinuing the chat with others. The mobile charge is also getting only for a day it will comes to two bars without a large use. Me too wants the software for Picture Messaging and requires to show where I get the networ k (ie Tower Situated Name). Internet contiguration facilty can't get for this mobile. it shows invalid mobile name and model for BSNL. Some times bluetooth is not connecting properly it shows a message "Connection Failed" mesage instead of I want to connect through "My Device" to connect to computer. I need to change the problem and update the mobile software.
