I am here Mr. Kalpesh R Paghdal have a Split AC 0.9ton. In my office.. on 20th June I have Complained for Poor Cooling of Hitachi AC (Request NO.11062000553). and after 2 or 3 days engineer (His name Mr. Ram) came to my office he checked and did something. I was not at my office at that time... When I came back to office i checked AC. it is still poor cooling as before. Means he didnt do any work on it..At last I have complained on 28th June (Request No. 11062800812). After a day same engineer (Mr. Ram) came to my office and checked both indoor and outdoor units front of me.. he said that indoor unit is stuck with dust so i have to take it out indoor unit to my workshop for cleaning. I have asked him when i get back this unit he said tommorow by (1/7) 4.00PM. I said its ok take it.
and then i have called to customer care and i have got service center number (SURAT) 02613110067. I spoke with Mr. JANAKBHAI at sevice center. he told me that your unit is on the way it will reach you within 45 Minutes. I thought Mr. Janak is lying to me i have called to customer care number and i have told him clearly if he can do delivery and fitting today only then its ok i dont mind.
By. Saturday 2/7 Two Engineers Came with Indoor unit and thay didnt have some tools for fitting so thay told we will come back ok monday (today itself). and now i just called to customer care and number is switched off. As i dont have any fan at my office and my time are wasting and i am not able to work in my office since last 5days//
Finally I dont need its AC. i will buy another brand AC. Kindly Give me some suggest or give some benefits of it..
