Egarding service fraud

Hello,

i have buy a karbonn k331b phone on (22/04/10) in bhopal, within 3 months there are lots of problem in this phone including handsfree and keypad.

Then after getting address from the shop i reached karbonn service centre in M.P. nagar, bhopal.

when i show my phone to there person they told me that the part to be change is not available.

then i told them to accept my mobile phone and change the part whenever it available, so they refuse to accept my mobile and told me to go to there another service centre near bharat talkies.

after some day when i reach there and trying to find out service centre in the building they told me, i found nothing then again i call the service centre and the said that its not open now and going to be open in few day.

so my compalint is that they do not repair my phone n trying to fool custmer.

so plz take action againt these companies.
