We purchased a mobile handset KARBOON KC555 from M/s. SPICE RETAIL LTD, Yeswantapur, Bangalore - 560052 vide invoice no. 113236501 DT. 17-6 Model No. KC 555. recently the mobile started giving problems with display not working and the shop owner asked us to get is serviced from the authorised service centre at Shop no. 4, 3rd main road, V Seetha Ramiah Complex, Mathikere, Bangalore - 560 054 has not been able to diagonise the problem & has handed over the set on 10th Jan. saying it is set right.. we approached he said the problem is with the connected and he charged s. 399/ towards bill no 0744 amount connecter rs.388/- dated 8/12/10.
even after he said it is ok.
The mobile is getting heated up & gets discharged immedaitely & the set does not
function at all. neither the service centre nor the shop is showing any interest in getting it repaired or replaced
We are totally helpless & he is not even giving us a receipt / acknowledgement etc.. This
is totally a wrong practice.
We seek your help to have my mobile set right immedaitely. It is more than 1.5 months
we are regularly visiting him but without any sucess.
