Charger gets affected within 2 months but there is no response for the complaint

Hello sir..this is andra satyanarayana from india, andhra pradesh, west godavari district, eluru-2... i sold karbonn k10 dual sim phone in big c mobile show room. but within 2 months the charger get affected, but there is no response from the mobile company so please verify this, and contact me @9440985204
