I purchased Karbonn K336 mobile on 13.07.10 after 2 weeks problem on that mobile came with automatic striking of button number 4 i had given to the service and got bavk after a week having same complaint Again i given for service got back after 1 month with same complaint without attention. Again i given for service and they sent to chennai for keyboard replacement . i received on 15.11.10 after 2 days problem on that mobile came with automatic striking of button number * Again given for service on 19.11.10 and after a month still my mobile was not serviced return back i kindly request yourself to take necessary action for this please
