Karbonn Mobile Model K10
Battery charge is not lasting and poor signal and sound quality

I have purchased a Mobile Hand Set Karbonn K10 on 06.03.2010 from Universal Mobiles, Kollam, Kerala. The hand set is not functioning properly. The battery charge is not lasting even for 6 hours. The availability of Signals is also very poor. Poor sound quality is another draw back. I have complained this to Carbonn customer care through E mail and there is no response.
