I am a regular customer of k451m since 7 months.
As the problem occured 3 months back (sim 1 error) i gave it to the saervice centre and after 3-4 days they said me that it will not get solved and it must send to the head office.
i said i'll give it later.
then later again after i gave it to the same service centre at abids.
after a long 5 days they said me that ur phone will not repair.
when i asked why???
the said me that its a board problem and will not repair! (in a rude manner)
then i asked about and they said they have even showed it to some other sevice center also and they also said it will not repair...
now! when i asked them what the dam thing u are doing in ur service centre, when u are showing the handset to others???
then he was so rude and said me that ue phone was opened already some where else???
IS THAT THE WAY THEY TALK TO THE CUSTOMER
AFTER THAT when i opened my handset inserting both the sim1 and sim2!!! now none of the sim is working
before atleast 1 sim was working???
APART FROM THAT THEY HAVE EVEN CHANGED THE KEYPAD OF MY MOBILE
AND the buttos are also not working.
Now again i gave it to the cervice centre at chaitanyapuri and I am not getting the responce there also.
ITS MY REQUEST YOU TO CHANGE MY HANDSET BECAUSE OF THE PROBLEM OCCURED BY UR SERVICE CENTRE PEOPLE OR GIVE MY MONEY BACK.
