Kelvinator
RELAY PROBLEM

Dear sir,

I had purchased a Kelvinator Refrigerator on 5th september from MGB Electronics, Tirupur, and since then this machine has been giving trouble like IMPROPER WORKING, COOLING.

When I called customer care they have taken the complaint. The call was attended by the local mechanics. The Refrigerator again failed to function next day after repairing. The complaint again attended by the same mechanic & the result is same. After third complaint the mechanic traced the fault that in minor in nature & it was Relay switch replacement. Again the fridge taken to service care, but am not satisfied with their reply, plz take immediate action.
