Compressor burst down eventually resulting in a complete damage of fridge

Hi Sir,

I would like to bring into notice to production officails of Kelvinator that i purchased 220 l FRIDGE MODEL NO .BD 220 LA STEEL dated 18/06/07 .

After couple of months i was hearing some sought of compressor noise, for which i called service executive but the answer given to me was that it is normal noise, but due to negligence of the official that eventually resulted in the severe damage of fridge as that exploded, damaging other household produts too..

I would request Kelvinator officials to atleast look on the issue seriously ..
