Dear sir,
I had purchased Kelvinator 190 Ltr. Refrigerator from M/s. Darshan Enterprises, Daman vide their bill no. 55 dated 17th May. I am giving below details.
1. Model No REF KD 195 LA Serial number 760408261 & 313300456 (as mentioned in bill)
2. Compressor failed & complaint lodged on 1st April - reference number SUR 0304100002. Compressor replaced on 30th April after making payment of Rs.1500.00 towards gas refilling charges.
3. Compressor failed again on the same day i.e. on 30th April & complaint lodged on 1st May - reference number SUR0105100005. Compressor replaced on 22nd May.
4. Compressor failed again on 1st June & complaint lodged on 3rd June - reference number SUR0306100082.
5. Mechanic visited on 5th June checked the freeze & informed that compressor failed & needs to be replaced.
6. Consequetively 3 compressor failed during the period from 1st April till date & freeze worked ran hardly for 8 days during this period.
7. I request you to replace the refrigerator immediately instead of replacing compressor only & refund the amount of Rs. 1500.00 charged for gas refilling.
