I am serving defense officer presently in Indian Navy as a Commander and staying at 18/ 226 Arjan Vihar, Dhaula Kuan. I purchased this KEMFLO RO from one sales man Mr Rakesh Srivastava in 2010. Ever since I purchased the KEMFLO RO water purifier set, the servicing has been absolutely pathetic. After paying 8000.00 least I can expect is a good after sales service which I have never got. Complaints are not being attended at all. The valve between the water tap and RO was leaking continuously and after a lot of complaints the valve was replaced for 350.00. However after one week itself it started again leaking. A sub standard product was fitted by Rakesh Srivastav, your sales man. I had registered verbal complaint with Rakesh Srivastava for the last 6 months and he says to pay 350 .00 again. What is my fault if the product was faulty. Repeated phone call to Rakesh srivastava are not being answered. He switches off his mobile. He bluntly says that he will not attend to my problem with RO, and not to disturb him. The valve is leaking heavily. I have made a temporary arrangement by tying a piece of polythene. Is this the type of service you provide. Though I am a thorough gentleman as Army has taught me but if pushed to the wall I shall tell to all defense authorities to boycott this product as it has a very dismal and poor after sales service. Probably I may resort to some other course of legal action which I think is avoidable. I am planning to openly publicize in my colony to boycott this product KEMFLO. It is requested that if you have some concern for the product and some ethics please depute some one to my house to rectify the fault. Please also take strict action against Rakesh Srivastav for harrasing me so much for the past 6 months. Such type of persons are bad for company. Please treat this mail as a gentleman's request and attend as soon as possible. Regards, Hayat
