I have bought a Kenstar Sandwich Maker model no KTRO2BSP-TCT. The sandwich maker is not heating properly and making the sandwich. I had made a compliant to the Videocon Service center. The engineer visited and replaced the thermostat of the sandwich maker. But the appliance is still not heating up properly. I have again registered the complaint on 14th Dec and even after a week today, there has been no call and visit from the engineer.
