The complaint no 2637 dated 03 mar has been registered with NEWSTAR SERVICES authorized service center, and the mechanic evaluated the defect next day with assurance that he will complete the repairs in a day or two latest by08 mar. However since then repeated phone call there has neither been any response /feedback and the washing machine remains unserviceable. The staff of the repair center now says that it will take another one week to repairs.
The delay in repair has put my family in lots of inconvenience andit speaks very low of a company like KENSTAR.
HOWEVER IN FUTURE DEFINETLY WE WILL HAVE SECOND THOUGHT IN ADDING ANY OTHER KENSTAR PRODUCTS IN OUR HOUSE.
