I got this KENT GOLD WATER PURIFIER couple of year back. i wanted to get its UF MEMBRANE & SYRINGE replaced so i requested a shop person to give me the number of concern person from KENT. and for which he gave me 2 numbers. when i called on the first number (on 4th June) the response i received was to call on the second one... and when i called the 2nd number i was given another number to call.

when i called the 3rd number the person on other side asked me to drop a SMS with my requirement and address, which i did and he assured me that by Thursday (7th June) the requirement will be fulfilled, but nothing happened then i called on the same number again in evening and he said that company have provided him with only UF MEMBRANE & he did not get the SYRINGE from company and he will send someone on Friday., but again on Friday same story no one turned for replacement.

i again called that person on Saturday morning so he said me he only have UF MEMBRANE available so if he sends only that, the unit will be waste for me as without syringe i cannot clean it.

So I told him without UF MEMBRANE right now my entire unit is waste so should i get the entire unit replaced to which he gave a very rude reply stating that company people like that only if u want only UF MEMBRANE take it or leave it..

Request you to please help me with my problem.
