Not yet installed even after 4 days

Dear Sir/Madam

I'm Vidhyagaran.

I purchased "Kent Grand " from GIRIYAS Nungambakkam on 19-05, may be after 8 pm, todays is 5th day from the date of purchase but product not installed. After some 10 times of follow-up, we got call from Kent service saying that my place is not in their region, border of Chennai (Mangadu-for your information now mangadu is in city limit, pls chk the postal code-600122), so they can't install even today. I wonder how I will be getting good product service in future. Even after spending 16, 000 rupees to save my family from water diseases I'm purchasing CAN WATER locally.

I purchased "Kent Grand " from GIRIYAS Nungambakkam on 19-05, bill no is 48379.

Please guide me not only to get it installed, also to get good service backup. if not, I'm happy to change the product.
