We purchased KENT RO GRAND in 2009 end and since then we are facing problems. After a few months after the purchased this kent RO (our headache now) it started giving problem like water leakage from pipe. We asked service guy to fix that else replace whatever required parts but he gave us stupid excuse that in winters water gets stored in that and usually get leak and in summer it works fine which we didn't accepted.
So after sometime we logged same problem as due to water logging motor was also getting rust. Complaint was attended by one of the engineer who open the purifier and was not able to re-fix that and left in opened state and assured that they will fix it and replace required parts. When no one turned up then we again contacted customer service then they said that these days parts are not available.
We requested them to re-fix (as it was in dis-mental state) in atleast previous state but no one bothered to do so. Since then it is in dead state (dis-mental state), no one come to fix it even after several calls/complaints. We also told them to fix it on chargeable basis but no luck.
Now after huge frustration we are moving to consumer court to sue them for mental frustration and for their poor service.
