I purchased Kent R.O. Grand Bearing Sl. No KR 100202650 on 6/5/10 from V G M Enterprises, 37, Duraisamy Pillai Street, West Tambaram, Chennai 600045, Ph 91-9940610502 on payment of Rs 16, 000/- vide order no. 10046 Dated 6/5.
The Unit started giving less discharge problem from 3rd month onwards. Even after some visits of service engineer, Changing of candles on payment, the problem could not be rectified. The unit is now out of service from 8/12 .
The company, Kent RO systems Ltd is not responding despite several online complaints.
