Hi,

My name is Nishant Thakur and i am from Hyderabad.

I took the Kent RO Purifier AMC (Annual Maintenance service) from "SURIYHA ENTERPRISE" on October 1st 2010.I paid Rs. 1300 for this AMC which covers 4 times servicing of machine in a year. In November my machine stopped working and i called them to come and see the problem. They don't come on time and they took almost 10 days to come. When the service man came, he said SMPS of machine is not working and need a replacement. He said, i have to pay Rs.1200 for this. I called Kent Purifier customer care and they said SMPS costs Rs .900.I told the same thing to SURIYHA ENTERPRISE contact "Sunita" and She agreed about price of SMPS.After almost ten times of call they came after a week time with SMPS.The SMPS wasn't in packed condition and was looking like old one. I told them to provide me some warranty about this SMPS, but they said SMPS will work properly for minimum 6 months and there is no warranty. I took the SMPS on Dec 7 and paid Rs. 900 to them. In 1st week of march, my Kent Water Purifier machine again stopped working. I called SURIYHA ENTERPRISE and told them about problem. They said, they will come and see, but they came after two weeks after calling almost 20 times. The service man came on 17the March and checked the machine. He said SMPS is not working and needs a replacement and i will have to pay Rs. 900 for this. I called the contact person "Sunita" and told her, within 3 Months SMPS failed and i will not pay the costs. She said, will talk to management and send the person tommorow. I contacted the Kent Customer care and they said, SMPS comes under 6 months warranty and you needn't to pay anything. This is ultimate case of bad service and fraud with customers. During this whole period i had to purchase water cans for almost 30 days which costs around Rs. 2000 and damage to my Kent Purifier machine. Called them for 20-30 times for service, then only they hear about problem. I took AMC, so why will i face these hassles.
