Dear Sir,

I have made a payment of Rs 444/- on 05 Feb 12 towards contest through credit card to 100bestbuy.com. Till

date I have not received any intimation about result despite

contacting your Customer Care several times, Customer care is not

giving proper response and I have spent a large amount on phone for

getting requisite information- pl investigate the matter and intimate

latest position, incase I have not won contest my above paid amount

may be refunded at the earliest,
