My self Ajay Kumar C M, purchased the Kodak camera (C43) Serial no. KCGXS03605586 on 2nd Jan in Reliance Mart, B.G. road, Bangalore, since then I got fed off with the product, facing various proplems like, dull screen, not booting, swithcing off automotically while on use etc. Given for service / rectification of problem to M/S HCL touch, Vasanth Nagar, Bangalore on 24th April recently, But still the problem persists, now they are replacing with other camera (telling that they are replacing with new camera) open piece with the warranty of the old camera. How can we believe that the camera they are given is new piece without the new warranty period. The warranty period of old camera will expire on 2nd july. If we face the proplem with the camera replaced after the warranty period of old camera where we have to go!
The people from HCL touch - Bangalore refusing to give the new piece (sealed one) Please help in this matter.
