Hi

I had ordered galaxy note on 22nd Jan online via koovs.com. There said it will be shipped in 7 days.

When i folowed it regularly they told me its shipped & gave me tracking number. When i followed it with blue dart tehy said the number shows the product has already been delivered on Dec12th to some othe person. When i pulled them up they said prod hasnt been delivered yet.

Everydayi call them & they say its been delievered but it isnt.

Pls guide how to take appropriate action.
