Within one and a half year of purchase, the product has gone bad 3 times. The last time it had gone bad, I called up the customer care centre. A rep from the customer care centre attended after 4 days. The rep took the PCB inside the TV and promised to return the PCB within 4 days with Rs 500 charge. However, even after 8 days, the PCB has not been returned. Also after 8 days, the customer care rep called and said that the matter will take some more time and Rs.1500 will now be charged for the same. This is very annoying on my part and I request to take strict action against the brand Koryo Electronics.
