Writing this complaint on 14/SEPTEMBER. The Koryo water heater which is still under warranty got repaired in last APRIL. I have registered a complaint on the same (in APRIL) with Koryo customer care and it is been **SIX MONTHS** but not yet fixed. After no response for about initial two months I been calling the customer care for every week (really on saturdays/Sundays) and every time I get the same response that "We will get back to you on Monday" but they never did. More than the issue of the water heater is not fixed, I feel cheated. These thieves/frauds should be severely punished. NEVER/EVER BUY KORYO PRODUCTS.
