A.C Fan motor not working

Hello, I buy Koryo 1.5 ton A.c last year and its still in warranty period now my A.C fan motor not working i complaint many times to koryo customer care but they always say come next week but now its more than 1 month they always lie. My complaint no.is 315744.

I request you to kindly take strictly action against them.
