Worst service, no response to complaints, worst product with worst managment

Dear Worst company -- Koryo and its managment

Hi

I had purchased Microwave Oven on 24.12.2011. But now glass tray has been broken due to poor quality of glass and failure of Mechanical System. A complaint is made for Microwave oven plate to be replaced, but sorry no response was made, I have chosen the worst Company dealer service franchsee sub franchisee etc. These are cheaters In future there will be no delaing with this Koryo Company from my side. In case if there is no response then the legal action under the jurisdiction of (Hon'ble Consumer Forum), Kanpur would be taken against Koryo company. Model No. KNC-2323 & Invoice/Cash Bill No. 15916 from BIG BAZAR, Kanpur (Rave MOTI, Rawatpur, Kanpur.).
