Frustrated with the Customer Care

Complaint for Replacing the New Samsung 21'' TV.

I have bought a Samsung 21'' inc TV on Sep 2010 from Shivam Electronics, Palla, Faridabad, India. I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for Replacing the TV and nobody has turned up so far. It's amost more than a Month.

Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care. If I have to wait for 10 days for Replacing this TV. Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call.

Please do some thingh within two days other wise i want to take leagle action against your product or organozation. Iam really Frustrated with your service
