Lava mobile a10
Ear jack problem

Sir, i just purchased lava A10 mobile phone one month back. Their is a problem in its 3.5mm audio jack. Ear phone are working but when ever i m trying to play external subwoffer (with built in amplifier) they are not working . but that subwoffer is playing in other handset. I went their at service center but they told me " yeh kisi lava a10 mai baj jate hai aur kisi lava a10 mai nahi ". so their is a 3.5 mma audio jack in lava a10 what is the use of that if it cant play subwoffers.

i even mailed to lava mobiles online line but i cant get any result. i also went to service center but no result >

i spend 5500 rs on that so i want all the functions which is shown>
