No delivery against advance payment

We have ordered (Order No: LSB-478579) mobile Beetel GD-470 at Rs. Rs. 2, 295 on date : 12.10.2011 to Letsbuy.com online electronics shopping. As per their record they have dispatched the same through FedEx.(Tracking No: 503928386563) on 13.10.2011. Somehow consignment lost by Fedex & they have declared as lost of consignment. After that, even after, on month Letsbuy has not sent another consignment against our order. We have done so many telecalls on their no : 01244901234 and sent mails on [email protected], but there is no any prompt action or response from their side.
