I want this complaint to be escalated... to a senior manager.
From April 13th Onward I have registered 3 complaints for the same problem where in the service engineer had a look and said that the compressor needs replacement. Now I have received two calls from your executives saying that there is no stock of compressor and it will be delayed by two weeks or so.
Each time I have accepted this delay and have been patient... But not any more...!
IF YOU DON'T HAVE STOCK OF COMPRESSOR - HAVE YOU STOPPED SELLING NEW AC's... I think your priority should be to first satisfy existing customer and then get new one's.
I urge you to fix my compressor issues ASAP.
I should also be waived from service charges due to the delay which you have caused until now...!

I don't understand when you don't fix the first complaint number - what is the point in closing it and raising a new one...!
I had a lot of regard for LG - But now you have a very unhappy customer. Turn around time for fixing a compressor cannot be 1 month.

I sent this email a couple of days back. They promised immediate action... but again..there are still postponements only and the attitude of the service engineers or the persons contacting is highly unprofessional and regrettable.
I recommend not to buy LG products.
