We had bought the LG Air conditioner on 13.07 2007 and had an AMC done from 26/08/09 to 25 /08 . On the 4th of May I complaint about the compressor not working and a person visited the next day. They removed the AC from the window jacket and placed it in the middle of the room saying that a trolley will come to pick it in a couple of days. They also said that as the trolley is booked it may take its turn and may come in three days also. Today is *th and the window space is open. With all the strom and harsh wind we have been struggling. Outting some news paper also doesnt work with the strength of the wind. When checked again at the Service centre, I get to know that my service is cancelled saying my phone number was switched off which is not at all true.
While paying for an AMC the costumer feels satisfoed that there will be good service. But I am very upset with this kind of service provision. Please help.
