Invalid Information given to customers- Bullshit Cheating

I recently purchased a LG Split AC model LSA5MP5AS model 5 star. It is mentioned that there is a quiet mode option available in this model in their website, also the sales person conveyed the same. But i came to know the truth when the Quiet mode button did not work in my remote and the Customer service executive confirmed there is not Quiet mode option available in this model.

This is Bullshit cheating. Why the hell is LG cheating customers..
