I recently purchased a LG split AC (in Jan 10) and it’s not even been 5 months and there has been a league in the same from last one month.

I have been calling your LG Care (91 22 64201661) and have made a least 15 complaint’s... the last complain number given to me is C1052533676 and one of the previous to the same is C1051010361 and so far there has been no response.

It is really disappointing to see such established brand providing this kind of service so much so the tag line of your company is Care and somehow I don’t see that at all.

I really hope you do look into the same.
