I have register my complaint on LG customer care for my LG TV. My request id is C1052637122 this. My LG TV is still in the warranty period. I got a call form LG service engineer. But LG service engineer is forcing me to pay the service charge to solve this request over the phone, I told him that my tv is in 3 years warranty period interval so i will not pay the service charge. Again i call on customer care they are say that service engineer should not get the service charge if your is in the warranty period.but that guy is not ready to solve my complaint. I have all the documents of my TV. Could you please help me to solve this request.
