No action taking by them

I have a LG plasma TV pq60 in the screen their is a patches coming i have complaint to the customer care for 10 times but no action is taking place by them and now my warranty period is going to get over. the customer care personnel always say within 24hr our engineer will solve the problem but they even dont come to see.
